The amenities in the room were decent, including a fridge and TV set. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop, with easy access to the old district. Another advantage was the clean towels and shower amenities.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was really poor. The bathroom was moldy and smelly, the air conditioning had never been cleaned, and there was trash outside.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a lovely experience. the room was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities, including a TV set and a fridge. the location was excellent with convenient transport links just a short walk away. Within 20 minutes we were able to explore the old district.
The curtains in the room didn't block out the sunlight completely, so we were awakened by the bright light early in the morning. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall pleasant experience we had at this hotel.

The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped. Transport links were excellent, with a nearby tram stop. The location allowed easy access to the old district. The receptionist was accommodating and friendly.
